The fitouts are underway for two independent clients with CDI Group successful on both tenders issued by MKDC Workspace Designers. Both projects are scheduled to be completed on time by the end of this month.

The interior fitouts are designed with a high level of specification and to showcase breathtaking river views, with feature high ceilings, natural stone flooring, veneer wall panelling, curved walls and bi-fold operable wall panels.

John MacLeod and the CDI Team have done a great job on site –well done.

Recently CDI Group extended the service offering by signing a 3 year Property Maintenance agreement earlier this year.

The full floor was occupied in time by the client, including feature reception, boardrooms and open plan design elements maximizing the views to to the swan river.

Designed by Designmonkee, the floors were handed over within 6months.

CDI Group’s internal trades teams were responsible for the first tracked and quality project.

HBF have relocated to an external facing premises, at Midland Gate Shopping Centre, along Cale St.

The new branch has been fitted with new privacy service areas, large flat screen TVs and a comfortable member waiting areas.

New architectural elements are on show also, with various floor finishes and timber veneer screening which differentiates the service and enquiries area.

We would like to thank Wayne Perry, Commercial Services Manager at Synergy for strengthening our ongoing relationship.

The works involved the installation of all walls and ceilings, glazing and doors including timber and aluminium and was carried out over 15,000m². The partitioning aspects consisted of installing fire rated partitions to Mechanical risers, fully sealed slab to slab walls to laboratories and acoustically sealed partitions to offices and work areas.   We completed the lecture theatre in the Education Building included the tiered flooring, ceilings and walls.

Our diligence to getting the works done on time resulted in CDI Group being awarded the package for installing ceiling and walls for Building E – Administration. The works involved for this building (approx. 4,500m²) included the installation of walls, ceilings, doors and glazing. Subsequently, CDI Group was approached to carry exterior works to Building B – Main Hospital. This work involved the installation of 2,042m² of Matrix Plus sheets to external soffits of Building B. Other works in Building B included the colorbond cladding to the parapet walls for approx. 1,112m².
