The CDI Group is committed to implementing sustainable environmental policies and to minimising the ecological impact of new developments. We want to make a difference.

We recognise the importance of having sustainability and environmental initiatives within the workplace and have worked on a number of Green Star projects. Our team actively promotes materials and methodologies that have a positive effect on the environment.

Our sustainability initiatives include:

  • Waste management. The construction industry produces a large amount of waste that can potentially be harmful to the environment. The CDI Group has implemented a waste management plan that is committed to diverting 50% of waste away from landfill.
  • Reducing pollution. We also aim to minimise any noise or air pollution that could arise from the construction process.
  • Minimising environmental impact. The CDI Group seeks to reduce the environmental impact of built developments through the use of sustainable building products and practices.

CDI Group’s commitment to sustainable development has been recognised by certification to the standard of AS/NZS ISO 14001*.
