Monadelphous

The Monadelphous project was what is called an “integrated fitout”, meaning that our work needed to be completed whilst the base building was still being constructed by a seperate contractor. This situation required high-level communication, coordination and management to ensure an uninterrupted workflow for all parties.

Access and deliveries needed to be maintained and coordinated so all base builder requirements within the Monadelphous tenancy were completed when necessary.

The project succeeded as a result of our strong planning skills. The challenge was to manage the many trades and suppliers the CDI Group and the client employed, but we mastered it by maintaining total control. The CDI Group team excelled in delivering this large project successfully in a very short time frame, whilst ensuring that the high quality expected was maintained throughout. Additionally, the client was accommodated as and when required.
