CDI Group was contracted by Police and Nurses Credit Society to complete the construction of their new, two level commercial office fitout of the recently completed office space at 130 Stirling Street, Perth.

The fitout comprised of an open plan office environment, breakouts, front of house reception area, data centre, basement storage, generator room, AV/VC facilities and office support areas. The project required extensive coordination and management of multiple sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure the practical completion was maintained.

The CDI Group on-site team went above and beyond their detailed scope of work to complete the project on time and on budget, whilst maintaining client satisfaction throughout the project. The challenge of this project was that much of the fitout needed to be completed whilst the base builder attended to building defects. Good communication and coordination ensured that the project was delivered successfully.
