Post award, CDI had two weeks of ECI discussions to provide buildability advice, cost plans & value engineering to assist with allocation of budget. Over 3000 sqm across three floors were completed within ten weeks with the final portion in Stage Two over four weeks. Works were staged due to the second portion being tenanted until the end of Stage One. Reuse of portions of the previous fit out enabled budget to be allocated to feature items such as the reception area with custom papered walls, ceiling and lighting, highly designed joinery pieces and bespoke graphics throughout.
