Mussel Bar Fitout

CDI Group was contracted to undertake the Makegood of the existing Mussel Bar at 42 Mews Road Fremantle and the fitout of the Lion Co. office in the same tenancy. The initial make-good works to the building involved extensive structural repairs to the masonry walls and structural supports for the existing roof, once completed the roof covering was removed and replaced with new Colourbond sheeting. Once the building and structure had been made-good and the new roof covering installed the fitout works commenced. The works involved providing new glazed partitions, doors, cabinetry, floor finishes, breakout areas and meeting rooms. CDI Group worked directly with the incoming tenant and also an eastern states-based project manager and has since gone onto working on numerous works within the Little Creatures Brewery.
