2000sqm cold shell to Show Suite Fitout completed within 5 months. Early collaboration and effective communication between all stakeholders led to a seamless transition to succesful delivery.
A unique, large open floor-plan which originally started as a warm shell project. Dradgin, the client made the decision to progress the project into a full-floor Show Suite early in the timeline and CDI worked closely with the client and designers to accomodate their requirements and deliver a fabulous result within a period of 5 months.
With such a large 2000sqm floor plan, the fit-out was designed and built with flexibility in mind and the intention to hold either one or two tenants.
