CDI Group was engaged under a Construction Management contract to deliver a premium office fitout for Azure Capital at the iconic 108 St Georges Terrace in Perth’s CBD.

From the early design concept phase, CDI worked closely with the client and designer to provide cost planning and construction insight. This collaborative approach helped shape a refined and high-quality outcome that met both budget and design intent.

The fitout scope included new meeting rooms, open-plan workspaces, a kitchen and breakout area, a statement reception and waiting zone, and bespoke joinery throughout. The space is defined by elegant timber panelling, slatted wall and ceiling features, and integrated lighting, all complemented by high-end furnishings that elevate the overall design.
