Clayton Utz engaged the CDI team on an ECI basis to provide buildability and cost advice for the fitout of their offices in the prestigious QV1 building.

The works were split over two floors: Level 27 was completed first over 14 weeks, followed by Level 26 in the final 4 weeks. Throughout the project, CDI maintained a safe, professional, and efficient site environment in the live tenanted building, with careful attention to the neighbouring tenants.

The client added additional scope throughout the project, and CDI adopted a flexible approach to accommodate these changes. The project was successfully delivered, surpassing client expectations.
