CDI refurbished a former art gallery in Perth’s heritage building, the 'Old Technical College,' transforming it into a postgraduate learning centre for Curtin University. The fitout included a boardroom, learning spaces, an AV gallery, and breakout area.

This high-profile project was closely monitored by members of the University, Heritage Council, Green Building Australia, and Brookfield Properties due to its cultural and heritage significance.

After a thorough review of the sustainability and environmental lifecycle by the Green Building Council of Australia, the refurbishment was awarded a rare 6* Green Star Interiors Rating upon completion.
