CDI Group delivered the upgrade of Kings Square 2’s lobby and end-of-trip facilities, creating a modern, high-performing space for tenants and visitors. The works included custom seating and joinery with integrated planters, feature stone finishes, conference rooms with integrated AV and a series of flexible breakout and seating zones throughout the lobby.

The end-of-trip facilities were fully refurbished with new amenities, stone vanities, upgraded lockers, refreshed seating and new flooring. Delivered within an active building, the project required close coordination with building management and tenants, along with careful sequencing to manage complex services and evolving FF&E requirements, resulting in a high-quality outcome delivered with clarity and control.
