After completing the Northern Star Resources fitout over 10 years ago, CDI was engaged to deliver the new fitout for NSR’s relocation to 500 Hay Street.

A standout feature of the project was the new reception area, which included a distinctive polished plaster wall inspired by the colours and textures of open-cut mine walls. CDI designed an open-plan layout that fostered a vibrant environment, featuring stunning joinery and furniture pieces throughout.

The works were carried out in a live and operational building, surrounded by neighbouring tenancies, requiring careful planning to minimise disruption. The client was thrilled with the result and the seamless delivery of the project.
