CDI Group delivered the transformation of a global mining company’s first CBD office, undertaking a near full-floor demolition followed by a high-performance workplace fitout with a strong focus on acoustics, light and functionality. The new space includes breakout areas, focus rooms, meeting rooms, a central boardroom and open-plan workstations positioned to maximise natural light.

Delivered under a tight programme and within a sensitive building environment, the project required detailed pre-planning due to strict noise controls associated with the Delta Core slab. By staging the works across multiple zones and providing early buildability and value engineering input, CDI maintained momentum and delivered a refined, high-quality workplace on time and on budget.
