CDI Group was engaged under an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) model to deliver a multi-stage refurbishment of the arrival, training, collaboration, breakout and parents’ areas within Rio Tinto’s Operations Centre. Designed as a culturally significant communication piece, the project reflects the Noongar connection between the Whadjuk people and the landscape, building on CDI’s previous delivery at Rio Tinto’s Central Park tenancy.

Delivered within a fully live, 24/7 operational environment, the project required absolute precision, agility, and clear communication. Through proactive sequencing, early procurement, and close collaboration with project partners, CDI maintained uninterrupted staff access while keeping the programme on track under tight time pressures.
