CDI Group was selected as the construction manager for CBRE’s new head office fitout. We successfully managed all pre-construction activities over a 5-week period, including providing buildability advice, overseeing the programme and budget, attending design meetings, and handling value management and procurement.

Throughout the design development phase, we helped manage the design and budget and worked closely with ICT/AV consultants to ensure all functionality and documentation were aligned with the client’s needs. The works also involved integrating base build elements, including lift lobbies and amenities upgrades.
