CDI was engaged under an ECI model to undertake a fitout at 2 Mill Street, our role included providing budget costings, buildability advice, and suggestions for programme escalations.

A standout feature of the fitout is the moss wall in the reception area, which not only creates a vibrant, natural welcome but also offers several physiological benefits for those working in the office.

The 16-week project included a 6-week ECI period and a 10-week construction period. Throughout, the team remained mindful of surrounding tenants to ensure the works did not disrupt them.
